Anyway, this is my first time on a roleplaying site, and I'm not quite sure where I should get started- on that Hogwarts Express chapter or a later one?

Yay! Okay, welcome Robin. Just to unconfuse you, if you are confused -- we have two Brittany's here. One goes by Britt and one goes by Brittany, the one that you know is Brittany. But it doesn't really matter because neither of them ever show up anyway.
OKay, so what you do first is you pick a roleplay, we currently have five. The first three are Hogwarts related and the last two are not. For the Harry Potter roleplays one takes place in the past, one in the present, and one in the future -- none in Harry Potter's time, because we already know that story. So basically, what you do is you go to the character creation thread, copy, paste, and fill out the character creation sheet. Then once you have a character you can just jump into the story at the current chapter (they're all still at chapter one except for Before the Beginning).

I love new friends, too! You are easily the least abrasive Slytherin I've ever met. Quite refreshing.  And I know what you mean with the Girl Scouts thing... I was in Girl Guides when I was six. Had to wear all pink everything. Not fun for me. |
