James and Al said their goodbyes to their mom and dad. After a year of telling Lily horror stories about hogwarts, she was bound to be in for a pleasant surprise when she saw how comfy it really was.
"Lily, remember once the train gets to hogwarts, you have to run really fast otherwise... you'll be dragon food. And we'd hate that to happen to you on your first day lil' sis. Two years ago we lost eight first years. But they started throwing the dragon a couple of puppies before the train gets in, so you might be okay." James lied.

Rose waved goodbye to her parents, parted ways with Hugo, and leisurly walked onto the train. Hogwarts was like a second home, if home had stupid slytherins and their prejudices.
Lillian Scamander flew out of the Floo Network, followed by her mother and younger twin siblings. She said goodbye, ruffled Lorcan and Lysander's hair, and skipped towards the train.

Scorpius entered the platform thiught the floo network. He brushed himself off. He made his way through the crowd not wanting to wait for his sister like his dad told him to.

"Stop it, James! I mean it!" Lily said, sticking up for herself, but you could see the fear in her eyes.
Alex pushed her way through people, half running, to catch up with Scorpius. "Scorpius, wait up. Ugh, really!" she said breathing slightly harder than usual from her trip over to him. "Daddy said to wait. Can't you hear?" she said in exasperation.

"since when do I listen to daddy." Scorpius said mocking her when he said daddy. He sighed. "I'm not going to slow down for you. You either keep up or get left behind." Scorpius said. He really wouldn't leave her behind. She may annoy him but she was his little sis.

"Just looking out for you sis. But don't worry, if you get to the grounds keeper fast enough, he'll keep you safe. He calls out for the first years, once you get to the station. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to out run the Dragon. Me and Al did it." James tried to comfort her.

"I'm keeping up just fine," Alex spat back. She was slightly behind him and to his left, but she had long legs and was as tall as he was, so she was able to keep up. "Who are you going to sit with on the train?" she asked, trying to pry into his business and find something to mock him about later.
Lily gave him an unsure look, but walked up to the train anway. "Don't leave me," she muttered to Al. She was a lot more nervous than she wanted to let on.

Alex stopped to glare at him, just for effect and started walking with even more purpose again. "I wasn't going to sit with you anyway!" she said, reassuringly, making sure he knew it.

((okay, I'm still not sure which house to put him in... Should he be a gryffindor? Because in our ancient role-play from 2008 or what ever, he was a ravenclaw... and we tend to keep continuity between RPs, and I don't want to be the one to decid, because I always make the wrong choice. So, where shoud I stick him?))
"Don't worry," Albus smiled. "I'm not going anywhere."
James and Albus followed Lily towards the train.

Lily returned his smile as they walked onto the train together. She was only partially nervous. The other part was pure excitement. It truly was exciting to be finally going. She'd been waiting for this moment for ages.
Alex walked onto the train alone, looking for people she knew.

Scorpius sat in and empty compartment. He left it open for anyone to sit with him if they wanted to.

The Potters made their way into an empty compartment, stowing their luggage in the designated luggage stowing areas.

(Yeah you can put them in a compartment or you could have been nice and sat with scourpius so everyone would have someone to talk to but ok... and idk what you guys are talking about.)
