"Ooh, that works!" Albus went back to his puzzle book.
James sat beside Lily, waiting for her to say something, she was sort of a vital part of the socialization in this compartment.

"He is, I just kinda lost track of him..." Rose explained, halfway done with a braid. "He'll find someone nice, and have fun on the train with them.
"Well, at least he doesn't use them as compost in his yard. The spector-specs don't do very well in a compost bin." Lillian said, deciding to sit upside-down on the bench.

((i just kinda skimmed all of that....i was at set...gotta shower but i'm rping now. with elle too even though i haven't made her yet....i have a story when i get back =D))
Lily...sat there....dazed...
Elle ran onto the train. She was so mad that she was late. She made it right before the train left. She started looking for compartments. They were practically all full. Great. she said coming to the one with Tom in it. She knew practically no one liked him, which didn't matter, but she wasn't one to make new friends. She slid the door opened and sat down with saying anything. She stared out the window, not making eye contact.
((Be back after i shower. i'm gross))

"I'm not going to be in Slytherin am I?" Lily asked Albus quietly, more whiny than worried.
Elle looked back at him, feeling extremely awkward. "Everywhere else is full," she explained quickly and a little more harsh than she intended.

Elle hadn't expected this reaction at all. She raised her eyebrows. "Oh..." she said, unsure what to say other than that.
Lily laughed a little at her older brother. "You think I'll be in Gryffindor like you?" she asked hopefully, turning to James.

"You? For sure. Where else would they put you? You too dumb to be a Ravenclaw, and your no where near nice enough to be a Hufflepuff," James teased. "And I'm pretty sure that the Potters are banned from being in Slytherin after we defeated their most famous... or infamous student."
