"You don't have to actually calculate it. It depends on the colour and brightness of the spell." Remus said, sighing. "Who actually said I use a calculater anywasy?"
Lexus rolled her eyes. "Especially in our house. A bunch of jerks. Hufflepuffs aren't too bad, though."

Suddenly, there was a loud crashing noise from somewhere near the front of the train. James felt the compartment jerk violently. He was thrown into Peter who whimpered when he was crushed agianst the wall under James's weight. He couldf eel the train moving faster and faster. He caught a glimpse out the window, he could see the track they were not on it. The train was tumbling down a hillside into a ravine.
((I don't really know what a train derailment is like but uh.... was that close enough?))

Severus felt the compartment jerk as well. he fell forward onto the gorund

After the initial crunch of being squished, Peter went into a fully fledged panic attack. "Oh my Rowling! We're all going to die! Oh no! God save us! Oh my Rowling! Please! No!"
The lights in the train flickered and went out. Peter saw a train car roll past the window, the train had broken into multiple segments. Peter began hyperventalating.

The train car that the marauders were in flipped over onto it's side and Peter and James went toppling towards the closed compartment door.

Severus hugged her to both comfort and serve as a sheild if needed.
