"No Lily, I told you it's like a seven hour trip. Be patient. Maybe you should help Al with his puzzle book some more," James said,
"Nah, I'm moving onto the sudoku, that's a one person job," Al explained.

"Ah, you want to learn how to do something like this?" James pointed his wand at Al's puzzle book, made a constipated face, and began to shake his wand violenty. After a few awkward moments, there was a loud cracking noise emitted from Al's book and it turned into a large butterfly.

"Yeah," James smiled. "But it's going to take you three years to learn how to do that. First year is pretty boring, it's mostly just magical theory. Defense against the dark arts, Charms, and transfiguration are the big spell casting classes, but defense against the dark arts is basically a joke in first year. You learn about dangerous things in the outside world and how to cast lumos. Then Transfigurationw as so friggin boring. We just learned magical theory for half a year, and then spent another half of a year whacking buttons and matches with our wands. Not really anything too exciting. Although Charms was fairly good. You'll probably learn levitation by halloween."

"Yeah, you start with light things like feathers and work your way up to bigger things like pillows, and the you finish up the unit with heavier things like your text book." James explained.

Lily squealed in excitement. "I can't wait! Will I ever be able to lift things....like people?!"
Elle's eyes moved from the window to Tom, but when she saw he was looking at her she looked down at her lap again.
Alex sat in a compartment with unnamed friends because no one wanted to make a friend for her. ((OOH! HEY ANDROMEDA! WANNA MAKE A 2nd YEAR SLYTHERIN ALONG WITH DOMINIQUE?!))
((I hate catching people looking at me. It's so freakin awkward!))
