Elle laughed. "Yeah, cause I'm sure I was such great company and all," she said sarcastically and grabbed her bag and owl cage.
Alex got up from her compartment and started pushing her way off the train, running into her dear brother on the way. "I don't have to go on the boats this year, so I get to ride on a carriage with you!" she smiled evilly.
Lily gave James a scared look, but walked confidentally to the familiar voice that was Hagrid's.

"Oh happy day." Scorpius said sarcasically. He walked off the train.
"Best company I've had in awhile." TOm said then left the compartment with his things.

James got up and chased after Al. They met up at the carriages. Neither of them had any knowledge that invisible winged horses pulled them; their parents hadn't told them anything of that. They hopped on and began talking about how great it was to be back. James was excited to see his friends again, and be surrounded by magic. Al was excited about all the new things he would be learning in his classes.

"Same here," Elle muttered, surprising herself. Shrugging she left the compartment and found a carriage that held Scorpius and Alex. She gave a half-smile to her some-kind-of-cousins. "Hey, Elle," Alex said getting a nod in return.

Scorpius looked at Elle and smiled. He was glad he wasn't going to be stuck in a carriage with just Alex. "I didn't see you on the train. I was half worried you had missed it." scorpius said.
Tom went to the carts with some of his fellow slytherins. Tom seemed uninterested in anything his peers were saying.

The two Potter boys traveled by carriage around the lake, through the Hogwarts gates, past the quidditch pitch and to the front doors of the castle. They vacated the carriage and joined the swarm of students making their way inside the warm castle. James and Al found a spot to sit with their friends at the gryffindor table and engaged in conversation.

"I nearly did. Dad wasn't ready," Elle said. "Again..." she added, bitterly.

The carriage headed off with scorpius, alex, and elle. "Well glad you made it" scourpius said.
Tom sat in a carriage that was heading to the school. He stared off in thought.

Alex nodded in agreement and Elle gave them both a half-smile, looking towards the castle, ready to be there already.

Scorpius went into the Great Hall and waved goodbye to Elle as he went to the Slytherin table.
TOm entered the school standing apart from all the others.

James looked around the greathall. It was still fairly empty, he supposed that they had been very quick getting off the train.

Elle nodded to Alex and Scorpius as she walked over to sit by herself at the Ravenclaw table.
Alex immediately started talking with her friends she hadn't seen for a long time and giggled and flirted with other boys. Waving, she walked backwards and ran into someone. She laughed out loud at her clutzyness and said "Sorry!" brightly as she turned around to see Tom. "Whoops, sorry!" she said, darker and more serious. One of her friends actually gasped. Alex hit her and they walked away. "He's so creepy!" she whispered, failing to keep it unheard.
